What a session looks like.

Every session is private, concierge-style, and comes to you — at home, in a building gym, at an office, or any approved private space in Austin.

Setup takes 5 to 10 minutes. Training takes 20 to 25. You move through low-impact strength exercises while the EMS suit activates your muscles, producing results that would take hours to achieve any other way.

Sessions are recommended one to two times per week for best results.
